Nose: Sweet cream. Caramel. Vanilla. Creamy, flaky pastry. Butter bread.
Palate: Frosted cinnamon roll. Angel food cake, buttery crust, vanilla frosting.
Finish: Nice oily mouthfeel. A very viscous, mellow coating. Medium to short finish but flavor hangs around on the tongue and throat.

A Kentucky straight bourbon aged a minimum of 3 years. Mashbill: 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley.
